Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team at mClinica in Pasig, NCR, PH. This position is part-time and requires a candidate with a Mid-to-Senior level of seniority and at least 7 years of experience in customer service, digital marketing, or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat platform - Train and mentor live chat agents to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor chat conversations to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction - Analyze data and reporting to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Energetic and passionate about customer service and digital marketing - Strong time management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully managing live chat operations - Experience with live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
