Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Penshoppe, a leading fashion brand in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team. This position is part-time and offers the flexibility of working from home. We are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role at the Mid-to-Senior Level.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat agents responsible for providing excellent customer support through live chat. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase chat efficiency. 3. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company policies. 4. Analyze chat data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Train and mentor chat agents, providing ongoing feedback and support. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Resilient in handling challenging situations and able to remain calm under pressure. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent decision-making abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking. 5. Proven experience in managing live chat operations, preferably in the fashion retail industry. 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Knowledge of chat software and CRM systems. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
