Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Kumu. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat support system and ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the live chat support system, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. 2. Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure that the live chat support team is meeting set targets and goals. 4. Develop and implement best practices for live chat support, continuously improving processes and workflows. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination on customer issues. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a professional and timely manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support, incorporating new technologies and tools as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a live chat support team. 3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding performance targets. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 6. Energetic and confident personality, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. 7. Strong cooperation and adaptability skills, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
