Job Description:
Plentina is seeking a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to work remotely from home. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience in customer service and chat support. The ideal candidate will be resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents to ensure they are providing high-quality customer service and meeting performance targets - Monitor chat conversations to provide feedback and coaching to agents - Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of chat agents - Analyze chat metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat support - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of chat agents - Strong decision-making and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
