Job Description:


Balikbayad, a leading financial services company based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a candidate with 6 years of experience who is looking to work from home at a mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: - Manage the live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Supervise a team of chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints - Identify trends and customer pain points to provide feedback for product improvement


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a customer service or live chat management role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and communication skills - Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively - Experience with live chat platforms and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
