Job Description - Live Chat Officer

Job Description:


As a Live Chat Officer at Zalora Philippines, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any issues 3. Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies 7. Assist in resolving escalated customer complaints and issues 8. Act as a brand ambassador for Zalora Philippines and uphold our company values


Requirements: 1. Independent and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment 2. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 6. Basic computer and typing skills 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
