Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Workbean is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products or services and assist with purchasing decisions - Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers on how to resolve them - Use critical thinking skills to quickly assess situations and provide effective solutions - Utilize persuasion techniques to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment - A passion for helping others and providing top-notch service - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Tech-savvy with experience using live chat platforms and other customer service tools
