Job Description:
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat sessions to provide timely and accurate information about our products and services. 2. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with administrative tasks related to live chat operations as needed.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 4.
