Job Description:
As a Live Chat Officer at Grab Philippines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. Your primary role will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth overall experience for them. You will also be expected to proactively engage with customers to offer assistance or provide product information.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide accurate and timely information about Grab services, promotions, and policies - Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with the Grab app or their accounts - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of interactions and follow up with customers as needed - Stay up-to-date on Grab products and services to better assist customers - Contribute to improving the live chat system and processes for better efficiency
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer problems - Strong time management skills to handle multiple chats simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in a live chat or online support role is a plus - Knowledge of Grab services and the transportation industry is an advantage
