Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Live Chat Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience - Assist customers with registration, payments, and general inquiries about our programs - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollees - Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in MS Office and online chat platforms - Experience in an educational institution or customer service role is a plus
