Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

ChatGenie is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through chat and email communication. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information and support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong time management and project management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
