Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Coins.ph, a leading financial technology company based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and confident Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, the Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Interact with customers through live chat to provide real-time support and assistance. 2. Respond to customer inquiries about our products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with account-related issues, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. 4. Educate customers on how to use our platform effectively and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent time management and organization skills. 3. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 4. Customer service experience preferred but not required. 5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in technology and familiarity with live chat software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
