Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Expedock, a fast-growing tech company based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team. As an Entry-Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform. This position requires individuals who are resourceful, energetic, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. No prior experience required – training will be provided. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Comfortable using technology and online communication tools. 7. Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. 8. Must be able to work part-time hours, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
