Job Description:
As a Remote Live Chat Representative at Grab Philippines, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position requires a resourceful and driven individual who can make decisions quickly and exhibit leadership skills when assisting customers with their inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner via live chat - Providing accurate information about Grab services, promotions, and policies - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers - Document and track customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely in written form - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat platforms and familiarity with customer service software - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently - Leadership qualities to motivate and support team members when needed - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
