Job Description: As a Remote Live Chat Representative at Cebu Pacific Air, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with booking flights, changing reservations, resolving issues, and answering inquiries. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering timely and accurate responses.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and requests via live chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving issues - Provide information on flight schedules, fares, policies, and other relevant topics - Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online booking system - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up to date on industry trends, company policies, and product offerings
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools - Driven and confident in handling customer interactions - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Effective planning and organization skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Must be able to work remotely and have a stable internet connection - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
