Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team at PLDT in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through live chat. 2. Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Providing technical support for customers experiencing difficulties with our products or services. 4. Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers where appropriate. 5. Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to engage with customers effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
