Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

ChatGenie is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Providing accurate information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a high level of satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer experience - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with live chat software and customer service tools is a plus
