Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, adaptable, possess strong decision-making skills, and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make quick and sound decisions - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent
