Remote Live Chat Representative

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team at Cloudstaff in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via live chat in an efficient and timely manner - Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns - Developing creative solutions to enhance the customer experience - Using persuasion skills to upsell products or services when appropriate - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Requirements: - Independent and driven individual who can work well in a remote setting - Strong creativity skills to think outside the box when assisting customers - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and upsell to customers - Must possess strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools
