Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

SariSuki, a leading e-commerce company based in Pasig, NCR, Philippines, is looking for a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our remote team. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support to our customers. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet or exceed performance metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions - Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer concerns and complaints - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools - Proficiency in typing and multi-tasking while providing live chat support - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
