Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

ZipMatch is looking for a motivated and driven Live Chat Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Makati, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide information and assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other online tools - High school diploma or equivalent
