Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Educate customers on products and services offered by the company - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to provide seamless customer service - Meet and exceed assigned performance metrics and goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
