Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description: Hilton is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online chat support. This is a part-time work from home position based in Quezon City, NCR, PH.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide real-time support through live chat - Assist customers with booking reservations, answering questions about Hilton properties, and addressing any concerns they may have - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed - Stay knowledgeable about Hilton services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms
