Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


MetroMart is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance and support to customers through our online chat platform.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and resilient attitude in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
