Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


Advance is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level specialist with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. The ideal candidate for this role will be hardworking, resourceful, creative, and have strong research skills.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to provide support and answer inquiries - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience - Utilize creativity and research skills to provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex customer issues - Leverage data and insights to continuously improve the live chat experience and drive strategic initiatives - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in live chat software and customer service platforms - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in real-time - Excellent research skills to quickly find information and resources to assist customers - A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
