Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Utilize resources effectively to address customer concerns and provide a positive customer experience - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms - Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
