Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork and adaptability skills, as they will be working in a fast-paced environment that embraces change seamlessly.


Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers through the live chat platform - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the resort and its amenities - Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and other inquiries related to their visit - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on resort events, promotions, and offers to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities - Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing - Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
