Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about LBC Express services - Use persuasion and emotional intelligence to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer service metrics


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Dedicated work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
