Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Lazada Philippines is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping questions, and other inquiries - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Motivated and resilient attitude - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle high-stress situations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
