Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team at Gcash in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat - Provide assistance with inquiries, account issues, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Deliver accurate information and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and improve processes

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resilient attitude - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
