Job Description:
Saphron is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will work remotely from home and be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent service delivery - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer queries - Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service quality - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
