Online Account Support Assistant

As an Online Account Support Assistant at Converge ICT Solutions Inc., located in Caloocan, NCR, PH, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our online account holders. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals with a desire to learn and grow in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account-related issues, such as billing inquiries and account updates - Troubleshoot technical issues with online account access and provide solutions to customers - Process account changes, refunds, and cancellations as needed - Assist with online account setup and registration for new customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and able to work independently - Excellent planning and research skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online account systems - Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly - High school diploma or equivalent
