Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking an Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for a confident and driven individual with at least 1 year of experience. As an Online Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience with our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage online accounts, including setting up new accounts, updating information, and processing orders. 3. Assist with online marketing activities, such as creating and scheduling posts on social media platforms. 4. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. 5. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving customer engagement and retention. 6. Assist in tracking and analyzing online sales data to identify areas for improvement. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all aspects of the job.

Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality traits. 2. Strong research and teamwork skills. 3. Previous experience in a customer service or online support role. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online platforms. 7. Knowledge of sustainability practices is a plus.
