Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at ABS-CBN Corporation in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online account holders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 2. Assist in managing and maintaining online accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online account features and functionality. 4. Generate reports and analyze data related to online account activity to make informed decisions. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online account support services. 6. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the field.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Previous experience in online account management or customer support is preferred.
