Job description:
Cloudstaff is seeking an Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues - Update customer account information accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in the account support process - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of online account management systems - High school diploma or equivalent
