Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

SariSuki is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Account Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online account support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone for online account inquiries and issues. 2. Assist customers with account setup, password resets, billing inquiries, and general troubleshooting. 3. Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring a seamless online experience. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the online account support process.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with customers. 2. Adaptability to handle a fast-paced and ever-changing online environment. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, fostering a collaborative mindset. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and online account management tools. 5. Prior experience in customer service or online account support is preferred. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
