Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and troubleshooting technical problems - Educate customers on our products, services, and online platform features - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to proactively address potential issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes - Assist in the development and implementation of new support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on customer insights and suggestions for improvement
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or online support role - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using customer support software and online platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
