Job description:
Globe Telecom is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to online account holders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with account setup, login credentials, billing inquiries, and account management. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Proactively engage with customers to offer support and solutions to enhance their online experience. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve online account processes and systems. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 7. Meet performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or online account support. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Technical proficiency with online platforms and CRM systems. 7. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
