Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

As an Online Account Support Manager at PLDT in Caloocan, NCR, PH, your primary responsibility will be to manage and support online customer accounts to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain customer accounts through online platforms - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service quality - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account support processes - Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote new products or services to existing customers - Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office and online account management platforms - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for customer service - Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
