Job Description - Online Account Support Manager


Job Description:


Storm Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a leader in the industry, we are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual who can provide exceptional support to our online accounts. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online accounts, ensuring timely and accurate support to customers. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. 3. Analyze account performance and provide recommendations for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to online accounts. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to optimize account support strategies. 6. Handle escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 7. Conduct regular account reviews and report on key metrics to senior management. 8. Implement customer feedback and suggestions to enhance the online account support experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer support, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus. 8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
