Job Description:
Petron Corporation is seeking an experienced and adaptable Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position with 5 years of experience, the Online Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting online accounts for our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online account activities for clients, including monitoring account performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online account performance and drive growth for clients. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client accounts. 4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 5. Analyze data and utilize metrics to measure account performance and make data-driven decisions. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve online account support services. 7. Lead and mentor a team of account support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in account management or a related field. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 3. Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. 4. Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Proficient in using online tools and platforms for account management. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
