Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Puregold Price Club Inc. in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for online account support inquiries and issues - Provide exceptional customer service and support to online account holders - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online account experience - Analyze customer engagement and develop strategies to enhance user experience - Monitor online account activity and provide insights to drive business growth - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase online account retention and acquisition

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in online account support or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation - Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) - Experience with CRM software and online account management tools
