Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Monde Nissin is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Caloocan City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online customer accounts and providing support to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online customer accounts, ensuring accurate information and timely updates. 2. Provide timely and efficient support to customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are addressed promptly. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding appropriately and escalating issues as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes. 8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care.


Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in customer support or account management. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Reliable and adaptable, able to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 6. Previous experience with people management is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
