Job Description - Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:


MetroMart is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Makati, Philippines. As an Entry Level position with one year of experience, the Online Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing online support to MetroMart's customers and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with their account setup, password resets, and any other account-related issues. 3. Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support online campaigns and promotions. 5. Conduct regular audits of customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 6. Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot any technical issues customers may be experiencing. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the online customer experience. 8. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on customer feedback and data analysis. 9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in online customer support.


Requirements: 1. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 2. Attention to detail and strong strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
