Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Penshoppe is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online account support to our customers. This part-time position requires a driven individual who possesses excellent critical thinking skills and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with account-related inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide technical support for online account issues, including password resets and account verification. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve any account-related problems in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with the IT department to identify and address any system issues impacting online accounts. 5. Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service or account support. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
