Online Account Support Representative

Uproot Urban Farms is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Representative in Davao City, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts on our online platform. Your main duties will include assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, processing orders, and resolving account-related problems. Additionally, you will provide support to our sales and marketing teams by generating reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must possess the following personality traits: independence and resourcefulness. In addition, strong people management and leadership skills are essential soft skills for this position.
