Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Emperador Distillers Inc. is looking for a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent online account support to our customers. We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with online account issues - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to online accounts - Educate customers on how to use our online platform effectively - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide seamless customer service - Monitor online account activity and address any security concerns - Assist in developing and implementing online account support strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong soft skills in innovation and leadership - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service tools - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
