Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the online customer support field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, email, and phone communication. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, order tracking, returns, and any other account-related issues. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online accounts. 4. Utilize CRM software to log customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to improve customer support.

Requirements: 1. Confident and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong people management skills to effectively communicate and resolve customer issues. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
