Job Description - Online Account Support Specialist


Job Description:


AllCare is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, driven, have strong presentation skills, and can work cooperatively with team members.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with any questions or issues related to their accounts. 3. Troubleshoot account-related problems and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer experience and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficient in using online tools and platforms. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Resilient and able to handle difficult customer interactions. 7. Driven to meet and exceed performance goals. 8. Ability to work cooperatively with team members.
