Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

FlySpaces, a leading online platform for flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates who are hardworking, energetic, and possess strong planning and decision-making skills. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide thorough training and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with setting up and managing their online accounts on our platform. 2. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online account access and functionality. 4. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system. 6. Continuously improve processes and recommend system enhancements based on customer feedback.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. 6. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
